Easter

  1. Your backyard is beautiful! It sounds like you have a lovely Easter. Those darn raccoons! I don't see many around our place - but the groundhog that lives under our stairs would have gobbled them up! haven't seen the movie but it is on my list of movies to see. :)

  3. Ashlyn- Where in the Northwest are you? Looks like Portland, Oregon where i just saw my sister and her family!

Crows got some (real) Easter eggs at my kid's hunt. Those will be the egg hunts kids will remember!

Happy Easter to your beautiful family!

  4. Hi Ashlyn-

Your photos are so cute showing your daughters hunting for eggs. I love their big baskets. This is the first year that it was just me and my hubby - both girls are away. It was a bit sad as we have always had an egg hunt for them and I know if they were still home they would have been searching for eggs.

Funny to hear about the Racoon's eating the eggs. My problem was not remembering where I hid all the eggs - I had to start writing it down in case the girls couldn't find them all.
    My best- Diane

  6. Oh I love your Easter snapshots, so fun! Your girls are the sweetest and looks like the cats got in on the fun too ;) Such a lovely home you have, all that gorgeous green, just beautiful. It's no wonder the racoons like to hang out there too ;)
I watched Water for Elephants over the weekend too, what a beautiful movie! I hadn't read the book but i'm hearing that the movie lived up well to the book. What do you think?
    Have a lovely week!
