Good tips, but I don't know that I could do it, I love the good stuff too much. Every thing in moderation...not that's what I've been doing. I enjoyed my holidays with reckless abandon! ...50 lbs later : ) probably more like 10 but feels like 50! Back on the wagon tomorrow! Happy New Year!
Hi Ashlyn-I just love this post- very timely. I ate way too much crap-ola over the holidays, too and feel awful. Hubby and I even got sick which we never do. I love each of these tips and am excited to get my body feeling better by filling it with only good things.I am finding that I like Ellie Kriegers recipes - all doable and tasty, but wholesome and healthy, too.I also always love how you present your post content. So visually appealing. I like the font you used for the headings. It looks like a pencil sketch. Do you know the name of it? I am redesigning my header and this is much better that then one I found.
