All the girls look so cute with their braids. I'm going to have to look up fishtail and see how they are different from regular braids.. :-) Talk about slow to the party... I guess that would be me and hairstyles. I"ve never made cake pops before either. The book looks good. I was so sad when he died. Be sure to stop by my blog, i'm having a giveaway.
Well you can't be the only one slow to the party Ashlyn, because I've never attempted a cake pop either. They look great though, so maybe I'll give it a go. Sounds like a fun weekend, with your birthday girl and all her friends. This week to recover! Amanda xx
I wish I knew how to fishbraid my own hair - love that look! What a sweet party!
About the book. I read a bit of it in Vanity Fair and was intrigued. I love how she mentions they hung out at Dorrian's, which is the bar I lived above for 9 years in NYC. Does it mention if he was her first love? I bet his passing was very hard for her. I may need to read this one.

ReplyDeleteSounds like a busy weekend! How cute are those girls with their fishtails? The book sounds like a good one - I'll add it to my summer reading :)
