peeks from the weekend...

cake pops here.

Come to the Edge here.

  1. All the girls look so cute with their braids. I'm going to have to look up fishtail and see how they are different from regular braids.. :-) Talk about slow to the party... I guess that would be me and hairstyles. I"ve never made cake pops before either. The book looks good. I was so sad when he died. Be sure to stop by my blog, i'm having a giveaway.

  2. Well you can't be the only one slow to the party Ashlyn, because I've never attempted a cake pop either. They look great though, so maybe I'll give it a go. Sounds like a fun weekend, with your birthday girl and all her friends. This week to recover! Amanda xx

  3. What a sweet weekend you had....that party looks like fun! The first time I made cake pops they were really yours. Happy new week to you.

  4. Sounds like a busy weekend! How cute are those girls with their fishtails? The book sounds like a good one - I'll add it to my summer reading :)

  5. I wish I knew how to fishbraid my own hair - love that look! What a sweet party!

About the book. I read a bit of it in Vanity Fair and was intrigued. I love how she mentions they hung out at Dorrian's, which is the bar I lived above for 9 years in NYC. Does it mention if he was her first love? I bet his passing was very hard for her. I may need to read this one.
