    Hi Ashlyn-

    Oh me, Oh my is right! That pie looks DE-LISH! It has all the right ingredients in it - butter and choc. I am a fan of all things oatmeal - it adds yummy texture to food. If it is good it doesn't matter if it is springy or not.
