    Happy Happy Birthday to your girls!!! Isn't it crazy how they grow up and we now say we have 15 year old or a 16 year old....it didn't hit me until i took her to get her drivers permit... she is in no rush to drive (thank goodness) but i told her she still has to get her permit to slowly practice etc.... and as i was sitting there watching her fill out the forms etc my throat had a lump in in it...time feels so precious...its going so fast....     Your girls are lovely! We had a 15th birthday at our house a couple of weeks ago. I had to laugh at your version of a Forever 21 shopping day. We have almost the exact same visit. My favorite part is when someone realizes they need to try something else on and you have to wait in line again for 1 hour.!!!!
